All standard models are in stock and ready for immediate pickup. If you need a container without modifications, you can pick it up immediately, or we will arrange it for you in the shortest possible time.
In the case of custom modifications, the production time depends on the complexity of the project. It usually takes 2–4 weeks from order confirmation and deposit payment.
We can arrange the transportation of the container through our contracted carriers, or you can arrange it yourself.
Containers are transported by smaller trucks with hydraulic cranes or larger flatbed trailers that can transport up to two containers at once. The installation of the container is very simple for standalone units – it just needs to be placed on concrete pads or another suitable base.
Our team assembles the modular units. Preparation of the pads for the container can also be ordered.
The containers have an outdoor socket (400V / 32A) with a five-pin connector, which is used for connection to the electrical network or for linking multiple containers together. Important note: We do not carry out the grounding of the container, including lightning protection. It is necessary to ensure professional grounding installation in accordance with applicable regulations.
The connection of the sanitary container to the water and sewage network is the responsibility of the customer. The outlets for connecting clean and waste water are Φ20 mm, Φ50 mm, or Φ100 mm, depending on the specific type of container. Detailed specifications can be found in the technical documentation. After connection, we recommend insulating the external pipes to prevent freezing during the winter season.
The container must always be placed on a solid and level base – a reinforced surface or solid foundation blocks.
Avoid placing the container directly on soil or in wet, muddy, or damp environments.
If the container is placed on foundation blocks (you can use wooden beams, concrete pads, etc.), the number of blocks is generally recommended as follows:
• for a container length of up to 3 meters, place on 4 points (pads)
• for a container length of 5–7 meters, place on 6 points (pads)
• for a container length of 7.5–9 meters, place on 8 points (pads)
If a setup consists of multiple connected containers, it is important not to overlook the need to support the individual circuits of the separate containers with foundation pads.

For comfortable year-round living, we recommend additional adjustments, particularly in the areas of insulation, heating, and proper ventilation, to ensure optimal thermal comfort and minimize condensation.
Yes, the containers can be customized according to individual requirements – modifications to layouts, materials, insulation, and other elements.

The VAT on the purchase of our containers is 21%.
If you are VAT-registered in another EU country and purchasing for business purposes, the reverse charge mechanism can be applied – VAT will be charged in your country. In such cases, we will issue an invoice with a zero VAT rate.
