BAUGRUP is a custom manufacturer of residential, office, and sanitary containers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We specialize in modular buildings and tailor-made container units, which represent a fast, flexible, and affordable solution for modern construction.

We deliver solutions for companies, cities, and private clients – ranging from technical facilities and offices to residential and recreational buildings. We also have experience with public tenders and projects for municipalities.

We ensure complete implementation – from design and production to transport and on-site assembly. We emphasize quality, speed of delivery, and long-term cooperation with our customers.

As an innovative manufacturer, we invest in modern technologies. We utilize a CNC production line for thin-walled steel structures, allowing us to achieve high precision and production efficiency. At the same time, we are developing our own construction system, BAUCORE®, which enables the realization of a wide range of structures – from smaller buildings to larger modular projects.

We actively follow new trends in modular and alternative housing, regularly participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions, and constantly advance our products and production processes. Our production is based in Slovakia, and we have newly expanded to the Balkan market, allowing us to increase capacity and undertake even larger projects.
